Useful Tips For Optimum Recovery In Soccer

 Choosing the right “fuel” is an essential component to recovery after competing in sport, especially soccer.

Recovery meals/snacks should be consumed within 45mins of finishing your workout with most of the calories coming from carbohydrates and protein in a 2:1 ratio. Here are some examples of meals and snacks that are good for a busy schedule.
