Director of Administration

Patti Balsan joined the Galaxy Soccer club first as a player parent during the Club’s inaugural year, 1998.  She began her Galaxy career volunteering as parent manager for her children’s teams.  In 2000, Galaxy Soccer Club hired Patti as office manager.   Patti has had many years of experience in office management and administration. 

Since 2003, Patti has been the Director of Administration.  She oversees registration at the player, team, club and league level.  Patti manages the Galaxy Soccer Club office and situations that arise off the soccer field. 

When not in the office at Galaxy, Patti can usually be found on a local soccer field or even a far away tournament supporting a GSC team.  People often asked which child on the field is hers.  Patti’s reply is simple- “they are all mine”.

Patti lives in Naperville with her husband Jack, and four children. 

The Director of Administration CAN help with:

• Volunteer opportunities within Galaxy Soccer Club
• Player registration- new enrollment and changes to existing information such as player/parent contact numbers, emergency contacts and health insurance changes.
• Uniform ordering including replacement pieces, warm-ups and soccer bags
• Questions related to fee payments and account balances.

The Director of Administration CANNOT help with:

• Coaching issues
• Player positions and time concerns
• Team availability
