Team Managers
a. Calling Post – manage distribution list, collect Calling Post fees from families, send out necessary messages needing immediate distribution b. Field Maps/Driving Directions – distribute to all families c. Game Cards – use online tools for NISL and IWSL to print game cards immediately before games to assure accurate information d. Payment for Assistant Referees – cash Club check and bring cash to home games to pay AR’s e. Extra Tournament and Hotel Expenses (help collect fees), being sure to include: Tournament Fee, Coaching stipend, Hotel Expenses (if out of town) f. Extra Training (help collect fees) g. EMR’s – keep copies on hand at all practices and games h. Field Schedule and Permits – keep copies on hand for all home games i. Registration for Tournaments (EMR’s, Tournament Roster, League Roster, Travel Permit, Guest Player Form, Hotel reservations if needed, etc.) – coordinate with coach to make sure everything is covered! j. Game Changes are the responsibility of the coach who knows his/her schedule best. LINES OF COMMUNICATION a. Soccer questions and concerns should always be directed to the coach and not the parent manager b. Soccer questions that cannot be answered by the coach should be directed to either the Boys’ Program Coordinator (Paul Murphy) or the Girls’ Program Coordinator (Marcus Jenkins) c. Questions regarding registration, fees, uniforms, volunteering opportunities should be directed to the Club Administrator (Patti Balsan) |
