GU8 at Hawks Cup

GIRLS U8 TEAM FINALISTS AT HAWKS CUP
The Galaxy Soccer Club Girls U8 team brought home a finalist trophy from the Hawks Cup in Oakbrook over the weekend of May 8-9. The girls won all three of their group games, outscoring their opponents by an impressive margin of 14-5. In the championship game, the girls played a hard fought match, but narrowly lost in a penalty shootout. The U8 Girls team had a very successful weekend and Galaxy Soccer Club congratulates them! The team is coached by Marcus Jenkins and Greg Yao.
