Girls U12 Blue at Armed Forces Day Cup

GALAXY GIRLS U12 BLUE GO 4-0, SCORING 22 GOALS AND ALLOWING ZERO, TO WIN THE ARMED FORCES DAY CUP
The Galaxy Girls U12 Blue won the Armed Forces Day Cup this weekend.  The tournament, located in the Quad Cities, drew teams from all over the Midwest with top teams from Iowa and St. Louis in attendance.  The Galaxy girls went 4-0 while scoring 22 goals and allowing 0 to win the top Girls’ U12 division.  The team consists of Tori Christiansen, Lauren Ciesla, Kelly Keckler, Olivia Lemley, Kendall O’Sullivan, Miranda Pinto, Maddie Pokora, Maddie Reichert, Emma Rigby, Abby Skryd and Trevi Vaupel.  The team is coached by Troy Adams who is also the Naperville Central High School girl’s freshman coach and the Central boys Varsity assistant coach.  The Galaxy Girls U12 Blue are currently ranked 4th in the state by www.gotsoccer.com
